Happy New Year everyone!
I hope everyone had a fun night ringing in the new year. To be honest I am not the biggest fan of New Years Eve. I love the whole idea of starting fresh and making goals, but the whole new years night is slightly over rated to me. Boring I know.
This year however, was a good time. I went up to a friends cabin in Heber and ate lots of food, played a few games, danced the night away, and had a fun little sleep over..if we could count a couple hrs of sleep a sleep over.
I ate until I was sick. I seriously need to hit the gym ASAP for more then one reason (more details later in this post).
It was my job to fill up the caramel tray for the apples :)
Our good friend BP invented a game called Sedarahc
Its the backwards version of Charades and is super fun. Instead of one person acting and everyone guessing, the whole team sees the card and has to act out together without talking. Check out his website.
Here's the guys during the game
We had a little too much fun with our noise makers
Toasted the New Year with some Martinelli's, had a little dance party and wrapped it up with a sleep over.
We call ourselves The Breakfast Club because that is how it all go started. We started doing breakfast at a new place once or twice a month and became really close after that. We do a lot of fun things together. One of our friends Mason put together a video of all the fun things we did over the past year. We did a Real World Las Vegas trip, went to lots of concerts and movies, did a trip to Cali, and many other fun things. I look forward to a new year ahead with these fun people :)
I labeled this post No Regrest. I look back at the last 3 years of my life and they have been pretty dang tough! I have been through a lot, but know I wouldnt be the person I am today without those tough times. I also know I wouldnt have been able to get through it without the amazing people in my life. I am so lucky, and will be forever grateful for everyone that has been a part of it.
My mom always says "Regret is worse then failure" so go for it! And that is what I am trying to do in 2010.
Anyone that knows me, knows that I LOVE to travel. It is one of my biggest passions in the life. I love to see new places, meet new people, be a part of a new culture if only for a short time. I have been so lucky to have visited all the places that I have. I have hit 13 countries in the last 8 years and hope to continue my travels. Only 2 more continents and I will have hit them all :)
I always have a country in mind that I want to visit and wont let it go until I am there! It started with Australia, then Italy, Greece and many more in between. Over the last 2 years I have wanted to visit Thailand. So...with no further ado I am happy to announce on the first day of this new year I purchased a plane ticket to Bangkok Thailand!! Which means...in 39 days, 22 hours and 37 minutes I will be boarding a plane for my 22 hour flight (28 hr total travel time..yuck) to Thailand!!! Wahoo!! I cant wait :)
A big thanks again to my Gram for giving me the passion to travel, and another big thanks to my boss for giving me 2 weeks off :)
I hope everyone has a great year ahead with no regrets!

I'm with your mom on 'no regrets'. My motto has always been 'There's no point in regretting anything as long as you learn from it'. And you can learn from ANYTHING!
